1. Demo Classes
Ø Trial session is chargeable at a nominal fee.
Ø Fees paid for trial sessions are non-refundable.
2. Regular Class Bookings
Advance Payment
Ø Tuition fees must be paid in advance (monthly/pack-based, as agreed).
Ø A class is confirmed only after payment is received.
3. Cancellation by Student
Ø If you cancel a booked session at least 24 hours in advance, it can be rescheduled(subject to availability).
Ø Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class will be considered as completed and no refund/reschedule will be provided.
4. Missed Sessions (No-Show)
Ø If a student does not attend the class without prior notice, the session will be marked as completed and no refund/reschedule will apply.
5. Refunds
Course Packs (e.g., 10 classes, monthly plan)
Ø Refunds are allowed only within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 2 classes have been taken.
Ø After 7 days or after 2 completed classes, fees are non-refundable.
6. Refund Method
Ø Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
7. Cancellation by STEM Sparks
Ø In rare cases (tutor unavailability, technical issues, or other unavoidable circumstances), if STEM Sparks cancels a class:
Ø The session will be rescheduled, OR
Ø A full refund will be issued for that class if rescheduling is not possible.
7. Technical Issues
Ø If a class is disrupted due to technical issues on the tutor’s side, it will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
Ø If the student faces connectivity issues, the session can be rescheduled depending on the availability of the tutor this is considered only once in a month.
